How did you end up in your line of business?

My background involves a mix of sell-side M&A investment banking and middles market leveraged finance at Silicon Valley Bank. Private Equity has been a nice extension as now I’m looking at companies with an equity investor perspective while leveraging my experience with acting as an agent in selling and financing these companies.

How did you first get involved with ACG Boston?

I first got involved with ACG through my good friends Andrew Redmond and James Ward who referred me to the ACG deal hunters committee. The group has been great and it’s been nice to see such strong growth in young professional audience in the Boston market.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

Be a good listener first and foremost.

What is something people don’t know about you?

Had a great and busy summer: got married, bought a house, and changed jobs in the span of 3 months.

What is your most satisfying professional accomplishment?

Working with various healthcare companies to assist with hitting their strong growth trajectory. Also, leveraging my work contacts to help raise funds for an important charity, ICSF Boston, which focuses on providing scholarships to underprivileged kids in the Boston area.

What is the best vacation you’ve ever had?

My honeymoon this past May in Cap Cana. Weather was beautiful and the golf was fantastic.
