How did you end up in your line of business?
During my career, I worked in several strategy and operations roles in various functions – Manufacturing, Marketing, IT etc. It was hard for me to find a role that would utilize all my experience and so I started my own growth strategy consulting company –Vizible Results. I advice clients on how to grow their revenues and have a 3 phase methodology to help them identify which opportunities they should pursue. I also have a blog where I interview CEO’s on their growth success story.
What is your most satisfying professional accomplishment?
Growth Dashboard. The Growth Dashboard is a comprehensive practical template that looks into a company’s AS IS state in identifying and achieving revenue targets. It looks at all the functions/capabilities associated with increasing revenues and not just marketing and sales functions. If you are a top level executive or Private Equity/Venture Capitalist Operating Partner and want to know how your business unit/portfolio company is performing in increasing revenues, this dashboard is all you need.
How did you first get involved with ACG Boston?
I was looking for associations in Boston that were focused on Growth. I talked to my mentor and he recommended ACG Boston. I attended a C-series event and met some nice people. Christy and her team were very welcoming and supportive and so I decided to join the group.

What is something people don’t know about you?
I like to create my own drinks and also am a certified Bartender 🙂
